At Beautique Lebanon, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and seals are intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order to provide your order number and reason for return.

  Quality Verification

  Our team will review your request and may ask for photos to ensure the product remains sealed and in its original, saleable condition.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, our courier partner will coordinate a pickup from your location in Lebanon; please note that a standard return shipping fee may apply.

• 4.
  Refund or Store Credit

  After we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, we will issue your refund via the original payment method or provide store credit for your next beauty haul.
